This article serves to provide an in-depth overview of guidelines for marketeers active in markets in Brave Collective space. This article does not apply to any NPC markets, or markets to which the alliance as a whole does not have access to. If you regularly sell items on the market, either through production, importing, or otherwise, please be familiar with the contents of this page.

All rules and restrictions on market usage can be found in §4 of the Alliance Rules.

There are no set minimum or maximum price rules for listing items on the market. With the exception of situations that rise to the level of scamming we do not enforce any sort of limitations on how you price your orders provided you follow the rest of the rules on this page.

If you are unsure on what price to set, keep the following considerations in mind:

  • Exceptionally high prices are unfavorable to your alliance-mates, and will likely discourage people from buying those items or result in you being significantly undercut.
  • Exceptionally low prices can discourage competition and reduce availability of the items in question.
  • Feel free to add a margin for your time and effort, so that the building or importing of the item(s) you're listing is worth your while.

The alliance requires various items to operate on a day-to-day basis. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Doctrine Ships
  • Doctrine Fittings
  • Ammunition
  • Fuel

To the best of your ability, we request that these items be made available on the market at an affordable price, in order to facilitate strategic operations.
