Alpha Army
By utilizing Eve's Recruit a Friend Program, anyone can create a combat-capable character for the Alpha Army in a matter of minutes. And whats more, ships ranging from breachers to hurricanes are handed out free-of-charge by the Dojo and FC Teams before each fleet, which means the cost to get involved for anyone who wishes to is only that of skillbooks!
Operation Goldrush has concluded as of 2020-06-06 14:00 EVE time - Brave Nubs is not paying for wardecs anymore for now.
Any further wardecs/ships need to be funded by players, and loot distributed by FC or fleet. Please contract 100m ISK

on Slack who you want to wardec.

PvP Character - Getting Started
Getting an account and character made takes only a few minutes, simply follow the instructions below and you'll be good to go!
- Login to the Eve Recruit a Friend Website, and use the link there to create a new Eve account.
- Create a character on this new account. Minmatar might make most sense, but the difference is small. Beyond this the character can be customized however you like.
- Dock up in the nearest station and logout. Feel free to skip the tutorial.
- Send the character 10,000,000 ISK for skillbooks from another account. This'll get you through Phase 1, but more ISK will be required for all 3 phases.
- Log back in, redeem the 1,000,000 SP, and start following the skillplans from Phase 1.
- For each phase you can buy the required skillbooks from a school station or the character sheet.
- Apply to the corporation
Brave Nubs

. - Send
@cpthector
a message on Slack with the name of the character you applied with. - Make sure to add the character to your Brave Core account.
- If you have the funds, stock up with a phase 1 doctrine ship in
Amarr
. It is useful to either set your death or a jump clone here to reship quicker. - Move to the relevant staging system for your character. When you have received a corp invite, accept it when you have reached staging.

PvP Character - Skillplans - SHOOTERS
These skillplans are ultra-specialized for Alpha Army doctrine ships while also being extremely quick to train.

To start off, these skills will get you into our Talwar and Breacher fits. You should be able to get all of them (and then some) with the 1,000,000 free SP you got from the Recruit a Friend Program.

Phase 2 gives you access to the Thrasher, optimizes your skills for slashers and vigils, and gives you the option of getting into logistics with burst skills.

Get Paid to Run Fleets!
The Brave Dojo will pay anyone who wants to try their hand at FCing Alpha Army Fleets! Just follow the instructions below to get started!
What Are the Rates?
The current rates are as follows:
- War Commander: TBA (Currently Occupied)
- First Fleet: 200 Million ISK
- Second Fleet: 100 Million ISK
- Third Fleet: 50 Million ISK
What Do I Need to Do?
After you've finished running your fleet, you'll need to send an After Action Report to Jinx D'ojo
in-game via evemail, and post it to the #cop-fleet-command
channel on Slack.
The AAR itself doesn't need to be long or complicated, and you can check the aforementioned Slack channel for some previous examples. In general you want your AAR to have the following:
- What kind of fleet you formed, and the objective if there was one.
- A rundown of what happened during the fleet.
- Your analysis of the fleet. (ie. What went well? What could have gone better? Did you learn any lessons? etc.)
