This document will walk you through the basics of joining Spoopy Newbies.

The procedure for joining Spoopy Newbies is very similar to the process for joining Brave Newbies Inc. but has an additional step.

We specialize in teaching New Players how to survive in WH space. WH space is difficult to live in, although we are convinced that it is not impossible for even the newest of players to succeed in. However, you must accept the fact that you will struggle while you learn. That isn't a problem, it's an opportunity!

As opposed to Null-Sec, WH life offers some unique stumbling blocks for individual pilots, and present unique security threats to the corporation. Additionally, we make heavy use of Tripwire to map the WH chains surrounding our homes. For this reason, we would like to ensure that all pilots are orientated in the basics of WH life before they join the corp.

This can be as simple as attending one of our public "WH 101" classes, speaking with a recruiter directly, or joining us for an slumber party in the hole! After all, we want you to join!

If you are interested in joining Spoopy Newbies, feel free to contact corp recruiters before joining. To contact a corp recruiter, send an in-game mail to PiccoloNL or Brigarian. We will try to quickly get back to you to touch base about the basics of WH life and help answer any questions you have. This will not be an intensive interview, so don't feel intimidated.

APIs are commonly used to check for security risks in incoming members. Virtually every large organization in the game uses them, as they allow us to view your account assets, skills, contacts, and etc. They do NOT give us access to any of your account login information, and we cannot access any of your assets with one (essentially a read-only version of you).

1. Visit your API management page using this predefined access mask
2. Always use this predefined key. This exact mask is needed, also make sure the dropdown for Characters is selected as "ALL", make sure the access mask is 4294967295.
3. Fill in "Spoopy Application" as name
4. Hit Submit
5. Copy & Paste your Key ID, theVerification Code (vCode) and the Access Mask into your application when you create it in the next section. If the Access Mask is not 4294967295, check your API again!

IMPORTANT: All applications for Spoopy Newbies have to include a key with mask 4294967295 and covering all characters.

1. Open "People and places" and search for "Spoopy Newbies".
2. Click on the button at the bottom labeled "Apply to join".
3. Put the API details (Key ID & vCode) from above into the application window.
4. Let us know which Recruiter you talked to, make sure you include your API.
