Using Member Tracking
Member Tracking is an advanced function of Brave Core designed to allow you to access advanced information on your corporation's members. It is particularly useful for spotting members without a core account or invalid ESI tokens and also gauging corporate activity levels.
A core permission group to access member tracking is usually set up with you join Brave Collective, usually called core.tracking.<ticker> where <ticker> is your corporation ticker. The corporation CEO can choose to grant others to their member tracking by adding them as a member of this group.
Accessing Member Tracking
From Brave Core select the Member Data menu at the top then click Member Tracking. Select your corporation from the "Select Corporation" drop down. The results list will now only show characters with missing core accounts and you can chase up that member and explain that ALL of their characters must be added to core.
Members without Core Accounts
In order to see a list of characters within your corporation that do not have an associated core account select "Without" in the "Limit to members with/without an account" drop down.
Members Invalid ESI Tokens
To find member with invalid ESI tokens select the "Invalid" option in the "Limit to characters with a valid/invalid/no token" drop down. Tokens become invalid if a user changes their password or clears permissions from the Eve Online website. You should ask the member to re-authorise any characters with missing tokens on Brave Core as it is a requirement of being a member of Brave that they maintain a valid ESI token.
