Corporate Taxes

Brave Collective and United tax certain corporation income streams that represent a small contribution to the corporation's running costs. The tax due is calculated on a monthly basis, is sent as a Direct Message on Slack by our Finance Director and are payable by return. The tax rate is currently 50% of the income your corporation receives from the following income types:

• Bounty payments
• ESS Escrow
• Mission Rewards
• Corporate Rewards
• Reprocessing fees
• Industry Job fees
• Project Discovery

We believe that our member corporations should have some "skin in the game", i.e. be bought into the alliance's overall success and culture, both figuratively and literally. Although the taxes collected from all corporations represent a small proportion to the alliance's running costs they are important nonetheless.

Tax bills are sent via Slack Direct Message, either to the corp CEO or a designated person.

To pay your tax bill search for Brave Holdings in game. Show info and check that the corporation is in Brave Collective (we've had imitators before). Then right click Brave Holdings in your search results and select Transfer Corporation Cash.
