+If you do **NOT** have a vouch:
+  * 20 Million Skill Points
+  * Ability to fly a Battleship from the Alliance Doctrines with decent support skills
+  * Triglavian Battlecruiser IV and Associated Guns IV
+  * Heavy Attack Cruiser IV
+  * Caldari Cruiser V
+  * Tengu Sub Systems to IV
+  * Combat Capital Alt and associated hull (Dreadnought or Carrier).
+If you a training a combat capital alt and it'll be ready within the next 6 months your application can still be considered however you must have the resources to and purchase a combat capital once training is complete.
+Beyond this, we have certain expectations for our membership:
+  * Train your combat capital alt into subcaps after training into capitals,
+  * Train and Maintain an Alpha Army alt,
+  * Participate in both Alliance and Corp level fleets regularly with both sub caps and capitals,
