The Kirin is the Caldari T2 Logistics Frigate.
T2 Logistics Frigates are surprisingly useful even when paired with larger ships. Their small form factor makes them a pain to hit and thanks to their bonuses they can actually rep extremely well for their size. These ships see use in our Jackdaw, Rushpie Harpy, and Muninn doctrines.
