-The Ishtar is an Heavy Assault Cruiser that emulates the VNIs of old. It can run most sites with little to no input required, making it a good ship if you don't like active ratting.
-
-You can make around 15-20 million isk/tick (every 20 minutes) using this fit, assuming a 100% Bounty Risk Modifier.

-==== Fittings ====
-
-The Ishtar can easily take on most sites in Fade. Rats in fade aggro weird, and its advised to orbit within 20km for aggro. A good method is to orbit a rat first at ~17km, then once you launch drones, pick a drone and orbit.

-==== How to Run Sites ====

-=== Running Each Site ===
-
-<text type="success">**Your shield hardener and booster should always be active while you're in a site and you should be stable on capacitor (if not, upgrade the rigs or train up your skills). Despite the lack of AB you still need to be orbiting to tank.**</text>
-
-  - Warp to the site at 10 km.
-  - Find an object around the center of where the rats are spawning, and orbit it at 17 km (rat aggro is weird in Fade).
-  - Drop Wasp II's and aggress a rat. Orbit one of your drone at 17km.
-    - If your drones come under attack, recall them, give the rats a few seconds to re-aggress you, then re-launch and re-aggress them.
-
-  - Alternatively, choose a central object in the site and orbit it.
-    - Orbit the stargate at 15 km for Gate Havens
-    - Orbit one of the more central broken rocks at 25 km for Gas Havens
-    - Orbit the first wreck you kill at 15 km in a Forsaken Hub or Rally Point (unless dropping a MTU at the beginning of the site)

-=== Site-Specific Information ===
-
-Some sites require special attention due to a particularly nasty wave or unusual mechanics.
-
-== Havens and Sanctums ==
-
-  * <text type="danger">**The final wave of these sites may spawn NPC Capitals.**</text> If an NPC Capital appears you must warp off immediately to avoid being volleyed. Note that Fade Dreads have a 70km long point, so you may need help to get off grid.
-
-== Killing the NPC Dreadnought in an Ishtar ==
-
-<text type="danger">** The NPC Dreadnaught has a 70 km point. This is a dangerous procedure with a moderate chance of killing your Ishtar. Only attempt if you can easily replace your Ishtar. **</text>
-
-<text type="danger">** You must have an Omega alt (or a friend) in system before attempting this. **</text>
-
-The [[http://games.chruker.dk/eve_online/item.php?type_id=37468 |NPC Dreadnought]] reps its armor at over 2k EHP/s and does 1.6k DPS with excellent tracking. However, you can kill it with a single Ishtar by inducing it to kill your alt, which in the right circumstances will stop it from repping. You can then grind it down with an Ishtar.
-
-  - Start by refitting your Ishtar correctly. You need to speed-tank the NPC Dreadnought and be able to withstand its 13 GJ/s neuts.
-    * Swap the Drone Navigation Computer for a 10MN T2 Afterburner.
-    * Swap the Omnidirectional Tracking Enhancer for a Meta or T2 Capacitor Flux Coil.
-  - Warp into the site in a capsule and make a bookmark 500 m off the NPC Dreadnaught.
-    * This lets you warp your Ishtar in close to the NPC Dreadnaught so you can establish your orbit before it starts shooting.
-  - Warp your Ishtar to the bookmark. Drop drones and orbit the NPC Dreadnaught at 500m.
-    * <text type="danger">**Beware of bumping the rocks.**</text> If you get stuck on the rocks you will die. It may be necessary to manually pilot your Ishtar to closer than 500 m. Once your Ishtar is at 100-300 m from the NPC Dreadnaught you can right-click -> Orbit at current radius to set a sub-500 m orbit and avoid the rocks.
-    * The NPC Dreadnaught should miss every shot, even with its webs applied to you.
-  - Clear the BC/BS rats of the last wave
-    * This will cause the Haven to despawn.
-  - Put your drones on the NPC Dreadnought until it reaches armor. You will see it easily out-repping your drones.
-  - Warp in your alt in a Corvette for the NPC Dreadnought to kill. The NPC Dreadnought will stop repping and you will be able to kill it.
-
-This procedure must be done with a single Ishtar. If you bring 2 Ishtars this will appear to work but the NPC Dreadnought will start repping again in about 60 seconds when it switches targets.
-
-If you can't make this procedure work and want to get your Ishtar out:
-  - Recall your drones.
-  - Warp in your alt in a Corvette.
-  - Orbit the NPC Dreadnought with your alt in a Corvette. While the NPC Dreadnought is trying to kill your alt warp your Ishtar off.
-
-If you want to bait, leave some of the BS rats of the last wave alive so the Haven does not despawn while you are killing the NPC Dreadnought. If a hunter enters system and blindly warps to the Haven more than a minute after the rats aggro you the rat aggro (including the NPC Dreadnought with its 70 km point and web) will switch to the hunter, giving you an easy killmail. This variant has not been tested.
-
-An alternative bait is to leave an AFK capsule or MTU in the Haven.
-
-</well>

-==== Additional Information ====
-
-<well>
-
-=== Runnable Sites ===
-
-The sites in this list have been tested and determined to be runnable using the above fit(s). It is not necessarily comprehensive, and some sites may require special attention which will be noted in the section above. In approximate descending order of ticks:
-
-  - Serpentis Havens (Stargate and Gas Variants)
-  - Serpentis Sanctums (Station Variant)
-  - Serpentis Forsaken Hubs
-  - Serpentis Hubs
-  - Serpentis Forsaken Rally Points
-  - Serpentis Rally Points
-
-</well>
-
-<well>
-
-=== MTUs ===
-Mobile Tractor Units (MTUs) are highly advised in Fade. Serpentis Forsaken Hubs drop about 11 mil ISK per site at Jan 2023 prices; Havens drop more. Carry 5 MTUs in your cargohold and drop and bookmark one at the end of each site. When you are done ratting bring an industrial to scoop all your MTUs.
-
-By dropping MTUs at the end of the site you reduce your risk since they can only be found with combat probes.
-
-</well>
-
-==== If You Get Tackled ====
-
-<well>
-
-=== For Light Resistance ===
-
-"Light" resistance is a single frigate or destroyer.
-
-  - Begin aligning to a citadel.
-  - Immediately switch all damage to the ship tackling you.
-  - If the point drops or the enemy ship dies, warp off.
-
-</well>
-<well>
-
-=== For Heavy Resistance ===
-
-Anything that's stronger than "Light" resistance is "Heavy" resistance.
-
-  - Begin aligning to a citadel.
-  - Immediately switch all damage to the weakest tackle ship on field.
-  - Start screaming on comms and in fleet for support.
-
-</well>
-<well>
-
-==== Escalations ====
-The Ishtar can run pretty much all escalations. For 10/10, sentries are needed to snipe the stronghold from > 50km so it doesn't rep armour. Ensure cap stability and bring extra drones. The fit below includes stabs and a cloak for travel, and a depot for refitting in hostile space. This fit also runs all Guristas escalations (sentries not needed).
