Roles should be distributed based on skills. People who have better Mining skills should prioritize flying a Mining Moa while people with good Logistics skills should fly an Osprey. In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter that much as there sites are meant to be for newbros. Skills will only make the sites easier, but are not required.

Everyone makes sure that they have their mobile depot or mobile tractor unit in their ships' cargo. Also ensure that you have appropriate drones with you. Drones will not be targeted in this site, so using T2 is preferred if you have the required skills. The only way to loose drones is to warp out of the site before recalling drones.
