How To Carrier Rat Safely

1: Your refits	So you should have refits in your cargo with multiple mobile depot. These refits should be a full rack of warp core stabs and a tank fit and some smartbombs.
2: Look at local	If there are neutrals in local, undocking in you carrier to rat is not a good idea
3: Make sure your carrier is insured	It is very likely that as a carrier someone will try to make you not alive anymore. Your job is to make sure you make as much isk before this happens.
4: See Step 2
5: Undocking	Hit those undock arrows
6: See Step 2	if nuets are in local dock up
7: Align to the target anom
8: See Step 2	if nuets are in local dock up
9: Warp to target anom
10: Align back to station or to a POS/Citadel	Do not carrier rat with no Station/POS/Citadel in system or an out cyno. Use your prop mod to align faster.
11: Launch your fighters
12: Watch local	If neuts show up hit the warp button to your instadock or to the POS/Citadel

If you follow these steps you should not die in a ratting carrier

1: Assess what is attacking you	The most important thing is to stay calm.
a. If it's only one ship deploy mobile depots and refit warp core stabs while you use your fighters to try and kill it, then warp off.
b. If you are in a bubble refit smartbombs and tank
c. If a fleet lands on you, you will probably die. If you can, refit to tank and start trying to get kills. When you see an opening, try and warp off.
2: Ask on comms if anyone can help you	If not then die quietly
3: Figure out what happened.	If you died it was because you did something bad and you should reasses what that was to make sure it does not happen again. What you should not do is talk shit about anyone who attempt to help you.

Accept that as a carrier it is very likely you will die. It's just a matter of making the isk back before you die.
