-===What does [BCROW] do?===
-
-PVP.
-
-Everything we do in-game revolves around player vs. player combat.
-
-In times of war, we lead the charge: as FC’s, as specialists filling out key fleet roles, or simply manning the guns and topping the killboard, we are the tip of the spear.
-
-In peacetime, we hunt: taking out everything from nano roams up to full on whaling expeditions, when war doesn't bring content to us, BCROW goes out and finds it.
-
-An army marches on its stomach, so we do maintain an industrial backbone as a means to an end. When we mine, it is to build ships. When we rat, it is to buy ammo.
-
-
-===What does it mean to be a crow?===
-
-It means being part of a dysfunctional brotherhood. At first glance it seems like our culture is centered on viciously ribbing eachother, or that our native language is crude insults.  Dive deeper into our discord and you will find the same person who absolutely wrecked you in our infamous ‘memeopolis’ is holding a nuanced discussion of serious real-world issues two channels down.
-
-It means no one here is a faceless line member: they’re people you get to know, develop mutual respect with, who you seek out for advice or look to be there for in turn. As a result, you’ll often find crows who have long ago ‘won eve’ staying in touch and laughing it up (at eachother’s expense) with your current fleet members.
-
-It means access to our mentor program. Our core of experienced pilots is available to new recruits of all SP & player-skill levels. Whether you are taking your first steps in null, honing your solo hunting/nano gang skills, expanding your industrial empire, or looking to become a full-fledged FC, there is a Crow that can take you under their wing and guide you.
-It means access to a corporate SRP program that supplements the alliance funds and keeps you in the fight without worrying about your wallet, corp hangers full of handout/loaner ships, and of course, a core of active players who can help you our at a moment’s notice.
-
-It means having a choice. Corp business is not dictated by leadership, but presented in the open at weekly meetings and decided by vote. Where we go, who we fight, what we own, and who gets in or out is decided by the membership.

-=== What does it take to Be Crow? ===
-
--A thick skin: as mentioned above, we play rough with eachother. Everyone from the newest line member to the CEO (especially the ceo) ends up as the butt of a joke. Be ready to laugh with it and fire back.
-
--Activity: Both in game, and socially. We’re a small and very tightly-knit corp who  hang out in our discord, fly together in game, and above all, take the fight. Quiet carebears looking for protected pocket systems need not apply.
-
--Passing the trial: applicants are welcomed in for a trial period, but full membership is decided upon by vote only.
-
-If this is you, follow the link below, then apply in game, making sure to include "Signed up on Brave HR." in your application. Recruiters typically get back to applicants within 24-48 hours to follow up on your goals and background, with applications processed on Fridays and Saturdays. We offer logistical support for those joining from other regions with assets to move.
-
-If you aren't sure, or want to know more, talk to us. We can be found the in-game chat channel BCROW PUB, via direct message to any of the contacts listed on this page, or ask any member for a link to the public channels in our discord.
