Doctrine Skillplans
These skillplans have been developed by our FC Team. They are designed with the idea that members have already completed the Two Week Starter skillplan above. We strongly encourage completing that skillplan before beginning any of the doctrine skillplans.
For most doctrine ships we provide a "Minimum" versions (when you want to get going with that doctrine as soon as possible) and a "Recommended" versions, which is what our FCs consider the ideal level of training to be an effective and valuable fleet member. We strongly encourage you to train the "Minimum" version before moving into the "Recommended" version, otherwise you will be missing valuable skills. So what are you waiting for - get training!
