==== Description and Eligibility ====

Providing short and long-term isk loans at affordable interest rates backed by collateral. The location of the collateral may effect the eligibility of the loan, taking into account liquidity, location and volatility of the collateral. The value of the collateral should be at least equal to the value of the loan + 10%. Collateral will be held by Indybro for the duration of the loan until a full repayment of the initial isk + interest has been made.

==== Instructions ====
  - Contact Indybro stating how much you would like to borrow, the collateral you are willing to offer and the location of the collateral.
  - Once we have agreed on the terms of the loan (amount, duration, interest) you will contract the collateral to Indybro for the value of the loan.
  - Once you are ready to conclude the loan, contact Indybro so that I may contract you the collateral for the value of the initial value + interest
  - If you are unable to repay your loan, it is in your best interest to contact Indybro. If you do not contract Indybro by the time the term ends, your collateral will be forfeit and I will begin liquidating them to reimburse myself.
