ALPHA The Skillplans on this Page are Recommended for Omega Clones

Alpha Clones can follow the skillplan cores up to and including the Novice level, along with any associated T1 ships. You won't be able to train all the skills, but you should still be effective in those ships. In the future we may look into re-purposing the specialized Alpha Skillplans.

Alliance Skillplans

Each Skillplan has an associated EveMon File which can be accessed by expanding the related Skillplan. To add any of these skillplans to your queue, simply copy them, go to the Hamburger Menu on your in-game training queue, and select Add skills listed in clipboard to end of queue.

There are two starter skill plans for our newest of players. If you just started, completing both of these plans will take just about two weeks, and enable you to fly all T1 ewar and tackle frigates, including doctrine fit ewar and tackle frigates, our tackle Condor fit and Talwars. This is a super versatile spread of ships, many of which can be used in even our most serious fleets. We pride ourselves on sticking the newest players right into the heat of the action, and these plans will enable you to be as effective as possible.

These skillplans have been developed by our FC Team. Brave utilizes a partially-tiered system for skillplans, with the purpose of offering clear progression while also giving you the freedom to explore a wide variety of ships.

There are 5 "steps" in this tiered system. When you finish a skillplan core, that enables you to begin training any of the ship skillplans below it, along with the next skillplan core below them. These skillplan cores build on each other, so before you begin training a higher tier one make sure you've fully trained each previous core.

Each ship will either have an individual skillplan, or a "Minimum" and "Optimal" Skillplan. Each ship skillplan only assumes that you have the prerequisite skillplan core(s), so you'll often find that the actual time it takes to complete one is far less than the quoted time. Ship skillplans are sorted by training time, that sorting does NOT represent the order they need to be trained in.

These skillplans are for fresh characters. The Two Week Starter plan is designed to get you into the action as soon as possible; giving you access to all EWAR and Tackle frigate doctrines along with Talwars. The associated ship skillplans offer short cross-trains into additional ships.

These Skillplans cover our various capital doctrines. The initial Jump Drive and Spaceship Command skills can take awhile, but once those are done there's surprisingly little additional skills when coming from a well-skilled subcapital character to get started. You'll need about 600 Million ISK for these initial skillbooks, and from there you'll want to budget an additional 250 to 750 Million ISK depending on what kind of capital you want to get into.

Capital Industrial Ships

The doctrine skillplans above are designed with Main Characters in mind, and as such are made to produce well-rounded characters rather than specialized ones. This approach though sacrifices efficiency, and is unsuitable for characters specialized to a single ship or role. With that in mind, the skillplans listed here can be used to bring a fresh character up to scratch for more specific purposes.

Cyno alts are incredibly useful for capital pilots, as their jump drives allow for far safer and quicker travel than using standard stargates.

Cyno Falcon Skillplan

The Falcon is currently the preferred cyno ship in Brave, for its superior tank and versatility compared to the other force recons.

Cyno Rapier Skillplan

The Rapier loses out on tank when compared to the Falcon, however it exchanges this for a higher speed and a generous web bonus, allowing the ship to act in a web-utility role on top of being a cyno.

Interdictors are among the used heavily utilized ships in Eve, being able to tackle entire fleets at will and providing other utility roles in a host of fleet comps.

Sabre Alt Skillplan

The Sabre follows the standard path of most Minmatar ships, sacrificing some tank for increased speed and maneuverability over the other interdictors. Conveniently these are also the traits that best improve a dictor's performance, and so the Sabre is our preferred ship of the class.

Sabre Alt Skillplan

Flycatcher Alt Skillplan

The Flycatcher is a bit less maneuverable than the Sabre, however its stats are still respectable and it gets some more tank out of the deal, still making it a solid interdictor.

Insta-Warp Ceptor Alts have a ton of potential uses including traveling, scouting, tac burning, and even hauling. You can never have too many of these, and in fact even non-dedicated characters will almost certainly benefit from being able to fly one of these ships. These skillplans are keyed to specific fits which you can find on the Travel Interceptors page.

Scout Ares Skillplan

The Ares is the most versatile of the interceptors, with 2 potential utility mids and plenty of lows for tank and increased speed.

Scout Malediction Skillplan

The Malediction retains the slot layout of the Ares, however it has slightly lower navigation stats which need to be compensated for through the fitting.

Scout Stiletto Skillplan

The Stiletto basically flips the slot layouts of the Ares and Malediction, with 4 mids and 3 lows. This gives it an extra utility mid to work with and still keeps you comfortably insta-warp. This ship also requires the lowest skills to effectively fly of all the interceptors.

Scout Stiletto Skillplan

43 days, 23 hours, 12 minutes, 10 seconds

Scout Crow Skillplan

The Crow is the only interceptor with only 2 lowslots. You do still get 4 midslots out of the deal, and you can technically still be insta-warp, but it's also the only interceptor in which you can't be insta-warp and have 2 hyperspatial rigs. In pretty much every stat you're better off going with one of the other ceptors over this one.
