This page explains a low-skill Sunesis fit, which is suitable for new players or Alpha clones. It is designed to be used in a group and to be effective against the Sansha rats found in Catch. It is possible to use multiple Sunesises or one or more Sunesises in combination with a Vexor Newbro Edition.
The Dojo may have some of these available for handout. Please ask in the Brave Dojo in-game channel, on comms, or in Slack.
The Sunesis, as a special edition ship, requires no special skills to fly. This fit requires Drones 4 to be effective (though Drones 3 is acceptable) and only minimal light missile skills. Most of the damage is done by drones.
Note: if you are low on CPU when fitting, you can remove or offline the salvager module.

Get together with a friend or three. Warp into an anomaly (start with a plain Sansha Rally Point) at close range and orbit something at 10km with afterburner on. Fire at something small with your missiles to get the rats' attention, then drop drones and tell them to engage targets. Keep moving to reduce the amount of damage you take. Your ship will take some damage, but it is designed to have a very strong passive shield regeneration, which is highest at around 1/3 shields. Do not be alarmed if you go down to 1/2 shield, but warp off around 1/4 shield or if you are taking damage quickly. To kill the larger ships, you will need to coordinate fire with your friends. This is a great opportunity to practice calling targets (on voice comms) and using fleet broadcasts.
This ship is very effective in numbers. For example, in early tests, a group of eight was able to easily run a Sansha Port using only T1 drones. If you happen to fly this fit solo (not recommended), be aware that you might not have enough DPS to kill battleships in a reasonable time, so chose your fights.
This fit is not suitable for PVP. Your defense strategy is to warp away, and with the Sunesis's relatively quick align time, you have a good chance of success if you act quickly. Leave your drones and warp off as soon as you see a neutral/hostile on grid.
