Sansha War Supply Complex is a DED Complex that can be scanned down with probes, and can be found in low security space in the Amarr regions as well as Null-sec Sansha Space

The site is behind an acceleration gate. Warping to the site lands you at 0 on the gate.

T3C and up should be able to run this comfortably

Destroy all Ships to unlock Supply depot gate.

Destroy all ship's to unlock Main Supply Storage, Loot the "Product Park Passcard". After you have the Passcard, take the Acceleration gate (takes you back to the first room). Once back in the First room, take the Production Park Acceleration gate.
