  - Provide ISK rewards for those brave enough to step up as new Fleet Commanders for the alliance, with the hope that they can earn their FC tags and establish their Eve FC career
  - Incentivize experienced FCs who already have tags to mentor prospective FCs by participating in their early fleets, providing them with gentle guidance as well as access to alliance SRP funds

The current schedule of reward payouts for new FCs and backseat FCs is as follows:

===== Qualifications =====
==== New FCs ====
Unsurprisingly, these rewards are aimed at new FCs within Brave. That means both those who are brand new to FCing as a whole, as well as those who are new to Brave but have been an FC elsewhere. You'll get rewards for your first three (3) fleets either way.

There are no real restrictions on what constitutes a fleet. It can be anything from a fast and loose formation within standing fleet, to a chill ADM fleet, to a hectic filament adventure, to a pre-pinged content roam. So long as it's a group, and you are at the helm calling the shots, it'll count.

**Please note that as a new FC you will not automatically qualify for alliance SRP should your fleet suffer casualties (with some exceptions). If you bring a backseat FC with you, your fleet will be covered by the SRP level commensurate with their FC tags.**

Anyone who already has any level of FC tags within Brave can act as a backseat FC.

===== How to Claim =====
==== For new FCs ====
  - Run your fleet!
  - Once the dust has settled and everyone has returned home safely or found their way to Valhalla, take a few moments to reflect on your experience. If you have a backseat FC with you, it would be beneficial to ask for feedback as well as ask any questions you may have about what just happened
  - With your newfound clarity of reflection, summarize your fleet in a brief [[member:alliance:military:fleet-command:start#after_action_reports|After-Action Report]] so others may learn from your experience, and you can look back on it at a later date. If your fleet saw some action, it's good to include battle report and/or zKill links to help illustrate how things went down. This report can be posted in one of the public FC slack channels (#community-pvp-fleet-command or #community-pve-command) or in the [[https://forums.bravecollective.com/viewforum.php?f=9&sid=994d36d4f32f3cc993c285c1e872c1f3 | appropriate section of the Forum]]
  - Fill out [[https://forms.gle/zPCM8XVBSR7zN19i7 | this form]] to request a payout from the Dojo. A Class Coordinator will process the request as soon as they are available. Reach out to the [[public:dojo:start#who_runs_the_brave_dojo|Coordinators]] if you have any questions or concerns
  - You can claim these rewards for your first three (3) fleets as a new FC

  - Provide guidance when needed throughout the fleet and any feedback at the end of fleet

===== Continue your FC Career! =====
By the time you have claimed all three rewards, you'll hopefully have learned a good bit and determined whether or not being an FC is something you want to continue to do. Either way, you'll have already written and posted 3 AARs and that will put you well on your way to earning FC tags.
